Shop with confidence knowing if you change your mind or aren’t 100% happy with your purchase, we accept returns provided you meet the below conditions. We appreciate it's not always easy buying the perfect product online and we understand that you may need to return items occasionally.

*Please note that this policy only applies to items purchased via the Replay Australia online store.

Other than FINAL SALE items, you may return your online purchase by posting it back to our online store, ensuring the below criteria is met.

- The product is returned within a 28-day change of mind period

- You return the product in its original condition, unworn and with the tags attached

- Supply your store receipt/tax invoice or online order confirmation email as proof of purchase

- We no longer support online exchanges, only returns on eligible products.

Before requesting a return for your order, please take care in ensuring that the product is not a Final Sale item and in a new, unworn condition and the box or packaging is not damaged. We suggest placing returns in a plain shipping satchel and affixing the label to this. Before completing your return, ensure you have your Order ID and email address handy.

- Complete the required information and generate your postage label

- Post your parcel to our online returns warehouse

- Once received, it typically takes 3 - 5 business days for returns to be processed. You will be notified by email once your return has been finalised.

*Please note that all return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exchange Requests

We no longer support online exchanges, only refunds on eligible products.

Providing your order meets the above conditions, you can return or exchange your order at any Replay store by providing a copy of your receipt within the 30 days returns period.

*Please note that in store purchases cannot be returned via the online returns portal.

For eligible items purchased from New Zealand please follow the below instructions to return:

- Pack your item in secure packaging

- Please also include a fully completed Returns Authorisation Form by clicking here to print a copy of the Returns Form.

If you're unable to print the form, please include a note with your name, order number, and clear instructions for a refund.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
